We developed an illustration of an application that encapsulates the key features businesses require to maintain strong user retention and direct engagement with their customers.
The program is designed as a mobile application that hosts essential properties businesses need to retain and grow their customer base. This includes a loyalty scheme that keeps users within the platform and actively incentivises them to participate in the application through bonuses, rewards, or exclusive benefits, ultimately increasing revenue for the company. Additionally, we have incorporated a delivery scheme within the application. This system can integrate a white-label delivery network, allowing businesses to outsource deliveries while still keeping orders within their own platform. By using white-label logistics providers, companies can significantly reduce marketplace commissions and avoid the typical ~30% fees charged by large delivery platforms, while still providing reliable delivery services directly through their own app.

Our secondary application introduces a loyalty-driven engagement system designed specifically for students, encouraging interaction, participation, and community involvement. The platform integrates an email-based communication scheme that allows administrators to send important updates directly to users, ensuring students stay informed about upcoming events, opportunities, and announcements within the college environment.
Designed for real world deployment, this application was developed to support a college community by creating a dynamic and interactive digital space.
